week 11
It amazes me how quickly someone will allow the negatives actions of someelse to interfer with the goals in our lives. I have see people break up because some one cheats on them an they are so torn up about it they can barely function that has happened to a friend of mine this week. To me the person was below my stardards to begain with. A person that cheats on someone is just a worthless human being any way, so why allow them to have power over you. You know that morally and in every other way that you are a much better person than they are any way so why wast you time worry about them. It is there lost not yours they just did you a favor at showing you how worthless they really are.
When you have emotions come into play it is hard to ignore it. a breakup especially when someone cheats is even harder not to allow it to control your life. When you have strong feelings come into play you have to allow yourself time to grieve, get mad and then tiem to heal and move on.
